McKAIZER Institute and Its R&D Orientation in Preclinical Research
McKAIZER Institute is a scientific organization dedicated to researching, developing, and proposing innovative solutions in the healthcare sector in Vietnam. Rather than directly conducting laboratory testing, the Institute positions itself as a strategic partner to healthcare facilities—supporting them in standardizing procedures and enhancing service quality. By collecting real-world data, conducting in-depth analyses, and benchmarking against global reference systems, McKAIZER designs standardized frameworks, develops optimized workflows, and proposes technological solutions that ensure safer, more accurate, and more efficient operations.
McKAIZER’s paraclinical research focuses on three key directions:
1. Surveying and Analyzing Current Practices: Conducting comprehensive assessments of laboratory workflows at partner institutions to identify bottlenecks, potential risks, and sources of data inaccuracy.
2. Establishing Quality Standards: Developing evaluation criteria and reference values suited to Vietnam’s conditions while maintaining compatibility with international standards, thereby reducing errors and improving reliability and reproducibility of test results.
3. Proposing Technological Solutions: Exploring the applications of digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline laboratory processes, shorten turnaround times, accelerate result validation, and ensure data security.
In parallel, McKAIZER develops Laboratory Information System (LIS) models integrated with Big Data analytics and predictive modeling to support healthcare professionals in making timely and accurate decisions. Each project follows a rigorous scientific pathway — research → analysis → expert consultation → practical testing → application — ensuring feasibility, reliability, and clinical effectiveness.
Through its comprehensive approach of “Research – Development – Standardization – Technology Transfer”, McKAIZER affirms its role as a strategic advisory partner for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and health authorities. This foundation enables the advancement of paraclinical operations toward greater modernization, transparency, and international integration, directly contributing to the improvement of diagnostic accuracy, treatment quality, and community healthcare outcomes.
